Peter Watson

PeterWatsonPeter is a Professor Emeritus at Carleton University, specializing in Physics and Statistics. He has given several courses at Learning in Almonte and is well known for explaining complex physics in terms understandable to all.

Watson’s research has involved the search for unusual time-correlated signals in SNO data, such as neutrinos from pulsars and gamma-ray bursters. It has also covered low energy quark models, applied to nuclear physics and hybrid states.
